We strive to make the payout process as transparent and predictable as possible. Below are the details regarding our current payment methods and timelines.
1. Payment Method: Stripe
We currently use Stripe to process payments.
Minimum Payout: $10.00
Rollover: If your earnings are below $10, your balance will automatically roll over to the next pay period until the minimum is reached.
Processing Time: Once sent, Stripe may take 1–7 business days to deposit funds into your account.

3. Payment Periods & Deadlines
Payments are calculated twice per month. Once a period ends, your payment is issued within 7 days.
First Period (1st – 15th)
Earnings Period: 1st through the 15th of the month.
Payment Sent By: The 22nd of the same month.
Second Period (16th – 31st)
Earnings Period: 16th through the end of the month.
Payment Sent By: The 7th of the following month.
Note: "Payment Sent" refers to when we release the funds. Your bank or Stripe may require additional processing time to show the balance in your account.
Troubleshooting:
Common reasons you haven't received a payout include:
A payout was not generated: Sometimes, artists believe they should have received a payment. However, they have not earned the minimum payout, have not converted AMPs, or converted AMPs in the next pay period. If this is the case, you can still receive a payment for the next period. Converted AMPs do not expire, and the next pay period will be in less than two weeks.
Why does my account say my Stripe payout info was deactivated?
Occasionally, Stripe may require additional information. If your Stripe account loses payable status for not providing additional verification, you will be unable to receive payments through that Stripe account. Please log in to your Stripe account to provide the requested information.
